REGISTATION

 
  • Who all can register or what is the eligibility for registering in PunarVivaham.in?
  • Any Indian national who attained the legal age for marriage and is eligible for marriage.  Non-Indian nationals can also utilize our services if they would like to marry an Indian national provided they meet all legal requirements.

  • How do I register on PunarVivaham.in?
  • Click “Register Free” on home page.  It is simple and menu-driven.  If you face any difficulty, you are always welcome to contact us.

     
  • Is registering profile on PunarVivaham.in free?
  • Yes, you can enter your profile on the site completely free. You can also add your photo, horoscope, etc. free like a paid member. However, a free member will not be eligible for all benefits like a paid member.  Please see our membership plan on home page for more details.

     
  • Can I use PunarVivaham.in without registering on the site?
  • No, without registering profile, one cannot use our services.

  • Do I have to give correct information during registration including my email ID & mobile number?
  • Giving the correct information is mandatory; otherwise it may lead to rejection of your profile / cancellation of your profile without reimbursement of membership fee.  We will be using your Email ID for sending regular communication / for sending OTP to your mobile for verification and subsequently for communication by your prospective life partner.

  • How do you verify the phone number?
  • At the end of the registration process, a 4-word password will be sent to your mobile for verification purpose.  You have to type this password on the space given on the screen to proceed further. You can also verify your mobile number at a later stage by opting for “Skip Now”.

  • How do I upload photos on the site and why it is important?
  • Once you complete the registration, login to your account and upload your photos. You can add up to 3 photos of size 1 MB with extension of “.jpg”. A profile with photos generates ten-fold more interests and thus enormously increase the chances of you getting contacted. You can also set a password to your photos and hide the photos from viewing by others.  (In password protected photos, others can view your photos only if you allow them to view by sending your password to them).

  • How do I add Horoscopes with my profile?
  • You can key in the Horoscope or upload your Horoscope after completing your registration and then login to your account.

  • What happens if there is objectionable content in my profile?
  • If by any chance any objectionable is included into  your profile,  we will be rejecting such entries.  Hence it is duty to ensure that no objectionable content is entered in your profile.



    MANAGING PROFILES

  • How do I logon to PunarVivaham.in?
  • You can logon to PunarVivaham.in from Home Page by using your Profile / Email ID and the password. If you forget your password, you can click on the link and you will be guided on the procedure to retrieve the password. You can also change your password using the link on “My Account”.

  • What is my Profile ID?
  • The profile ID is a unique number that is allotted to each profile on its creation. This number will be displayed for each individual profile. You can find out the details of any particular person  by entering the Profile ID of that person in the Search option.

  • How do I logout from PunarVivaham.in?
  • You can use the button on the top right of your login page to log out of PunarVivaham.in. It is important to ensure that you logout immediately after each session to avoid misuse.

  • How can I change the profile information that I submitted for registration?
  • You can change information added at registration by clicking the “Modify My Profile” feature in My Account.  However certain information like your name, date of birth & permanent address cannot modified unless you submit documentary proof.

  • Can I change my existing password?
  • You can do that by logging on to the site and using the link on “My Account”.



    SEARCH

  • How do I search for my life partner on PunarVivaham.in?
  • You can search for your life partner on PunarVivaham.in using many search options like Simple search, Advanced search, Location search, ID search, etc.

  • Can you explain how can I search and find-out a suitable match?
  • Complete any of the search options and go through the results listed.  If there are no search results, widen your search criteria until you get more and suitable results.

  • What “My Matches” that I see  under My Search?
  • It will list out the matching profiles according to your Preferences set in Partner Preferences.

  • How do I know if other visitors have viewed my profile?
  • The Profile count will show the same.

  • Can you explain me more about “Heart List”?
  • While searching for suitable profiles, you have the option to Bookmark the matching profiles that you like. This is what we call as “Heart List”. Once you add a profile to “Heart List”, you can check it anytime later.



    FEATURES

  • What are the attachments that I can include in my Profile?
  • You can have a host of attachments with your profiles. These are photos, horoscopes, your identification documents for verification, etc. Your ID documents will be deleted from our system after verification of your profile data.

  • Adding your photo to your profile would increase your chance of getting responses by ten-fold. You can add upto 3 photos.

  • How can I add photos to my profile?
  • You have to first complete the registration and then login to add your photos.

  • How can I ensure safety for my photos?
  • You can protect your photos by a password. In such case, nobody can view your photos unless you authorise him by sending the password on receiving his request.

  • Can I change the photos that I have uploaded?
  • Yes, use “Manage Photo” option to modify photos.

     
  • How can I add the horoscope details?
  • You can add a horoscope  details  after login with the option available under “My Horoscope”.

     
  • Why can't I view my attachments immediately?
  • All attachments are screened manually before they are updated. This may be a reason why you can't view uploads immediately. Please avoid objectionable content in your attachments.

     
  • What is the “Express Interest” Feature?
  • The express interest feature allows you to express your interest in other member’s profiles that you are viewing. Only paid members can avail this feature. Your opposite member can either accept or reject the interest. Similarly, other members also can you send the expression of interests if they like your profile. This is a built-in free communication feature available for all paid users. You can choose the message you want to send and then forward that to the members. Your “My Account” page has a list of interests that were sent by you or received to you and their status, whether it has been accepted or rejected, or whether the interest is still pending for action by you or by opposite party.

     
  • Can you tell me about the “Personalized Message Sent” option under My Message?
  • Apart from Express Interest, this personalized message feature is available only to paid members. They can directly communicate to the other members via Personalized Message. This is stored under ”Sent”.

     
  • What are photo protect password requesters?
  • If you protect your photos with password, others cannot view your photos. In such case, the interested members will send you the requests to view your photo with their profile ID number. You can approve or reject the requests as you like.

  • What are the formats in which I should upload my attachments?
  • For photos, you can upload files upto the size 1 MB in “.jpg” .  For documents, you can upload files with extension of “jpg / pdf”.

  • How do I contact members on PunarVivaham.in?
  • Only paid members can view the mobile number of other members and contact them directly. As a paid member you can also express interest in a profile by clicking on the option along with the detailed profile of any member.

     
  • What are "accept and reject" interests?
  • When you receive an interest from a member on PunarVivaham.in, you can choose the action you want to take based on your interest in that member. When you accept the interest it implies that you are open to further communication from that member. You can also choose to reject the interest if you are not interested in any member. You can send an interest to a rejected member if you desire so later.

     
  • Where do I find interests sent to me?
  • You can track your entire communication at your personal My Message / Express Interest. This page has your interests / mails / requests sent / received, etc. When you log in to the site, you can see all these features on your landing page.

     
  • How does the “My Account” page help me to manage my membership on PunarVivaham.in?
  • My account page is your personal dashboard of activity on PunarVivaham.in. You can track your communication to and from members on this page. This page also helps you to manage your subscription. You can also edit profile features from the page. This is the default page you are taken to, when you log on to PunarVivaham.in.

     
  • Can I write personalised messages to members?
  • If you are a paid member, you can write personalised messages to any member regardless of whether he/she is a paid or unpaid member.

     
  • Can members respond to me if they are not paid members?
  • Only paid members can respond to personalised messages. Unpaid member cannot respond to your message as they can read your message only on becoming a paid member

  • PunarVivaham.in has a great tool to let members know when they have received an interest/message/request or a reply to interests/messages/requests sent to them. This is immediately intimated to the member through his / her email. This information is also immediately available in your My Account page

  • There are two types of memberships i.e. Free & Paid. Paid membership automatically brings in its own special privileges like access to contact details and sending / receiving personalised messages.   • There are three packages (paid) currently offered to members on PunarVivaham.in.   • How do I ensure that my profile is safeguarded on PunarVivaham.in?
  • PunarVivaham.in tries to protect every user's privacy at all stages. You have options to set passwords for your photos.  Your name / address / Email will not be disclosed to anybody.  Only your mobile number can be seen by paid members. For response received through email, you can respond or the same can be ignored to protect your identity. All image files are also watermarked to prevent misuse. This feature is available to all members regardless to whether they are free or paid members. Additionally, any misuse of your profile information can be brought to the notice of law enforcement authorities for proper action or the same can be informed to us for immediate remedial action.

     
  • How do I report if I get unwanted messages from any members?
  • Such type of fraudulent activities can be reported to the law enforcement authorities or to us.

     
  • What do I do if I see any objectionable content on the site?
  • PunarVivaham.in manually screens all text entries and images to ensure that objectionable matter does not appear on the site. Just in case it has missed our notice, please bring the same to our notice.

     
  • How sure can I be of information entered in profiles on PunarVivaham.in?
  • PunarVivaham.in does not offer a full profile validation service currently though we are taking all precautions to detect the fraud profile.   • How do I verify my mobile number?
  • On completion of registration, we will send a 4 digit OTP to your mobile which you have to type in the space appear on the screen.
